      <title>Deletion of BT accounts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 BT account numbers linked to my MyBT account, both inactive. I’d like these to be cancelled/deleted and also the deletion of my MyBT account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do I go about this as I can’t seem to find anything obvious&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And yet when I switched to Plusnet 3 weeks ago, BT automatically deleted my MyBT account within 24 hours, zero access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I'm getting pestering text messages reminding me to return my kit, which I've already returned and have proof of postage of. Stupid thing is, in the text message, it says I can text back with tracking number but when I try to do so, it just comes up with a failed delivery message every time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the response. To be fair, I'd rather not have to waste time calling them, but if that's the only way to get a response, then I guess I'll have no choice. Perhaps BT should look at why one cannot text back with the info when it is they who offer the option in the first place? Of course I realise I'm just stupid believing I could actually text the info back. Failed delivery, computer says Nahhhh! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_squinting_face:"&gt;😆&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
