Cancel BT payment

I want to cancel my bt payment as I don't want it and I'm happy with my supplier and I don't need bt at all thanks I've had a letter from aimee and I don't do phone calls as I struggle with things and I've blocked them from phoning me now and i can't unblock them

what services do you get from BT - phone or broadband or both? are you still in a fixed term contract?

to cancel you need to phone CS 03301234150

I can't phone them cause I struggle with things like that and is there any other way

Are you saying that you want to cancel a direct debit set up for a BT service that you no longer receive? If so, simply tell your bank to cancel it'
