paypoint payment not gone through

Hello . i'm wondering is it normal for a paypoint payment to take so long to clear.

my bill came out on the 2nd may and i paid it on the Saturday 3rd may. I know with paying on a weekend it wont move until the next working day, plus Monday was a bank holiday , but I'm still concerned that it hasn't been received yet .

As you will have the receipt, call BT billings and explain and ask then to check. Payments delayed over weekend esp bank holidays do take extra days to post and be collected. But do call Bt to confirm.

Yeah I was going to give it til tomorrow as pay point said it could take 2 or 3 days from the first working day ( Monday), it just never takes this long normally.

Well the payment finally went through thank god .

But why was this post marked as sorted when it clearly wasn't ?

Thanks for coming back and letting us know the payment has now went through 🙂

Calling our billing guides to check the payment would have been the next step if the payment was not showing and they could have got this looked into for you, which is why the reply was marked as the solution to your query 🙂
