    <description>&lt;P&gt;Service installed BT App downloaded but not showing a BT Reward card option. I was told after installation I could claim it. I called BT they told me to wait 14 days cooling off period to claim card. That's not the issue it's not claiming the card&amp;nbsp; I know that will arrive 14 days after cooling off period once claimed but the fact I haven't got the card activation email or no mention of it in the BT App is the problem! I can't claim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions anyone? Has this happened to anyone else? I will be grateful if someone could help. Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You wouldn't see the option to claim or receive an email about claiming the card until your 14 day cooling off period has passed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are still unable to claim after that point, the best options would be to speak to our &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing" target="_blank"&gt;Account &amp;amp; Billing guides&lt;/A&gt;, and they'll be able to help you to get the card activated.&lt;/P&gt;
