Hi,

I am LPOA for my Mother-in-Law, please can you allow access to manage her account as currently showing as pending. I can send V-Code for verification if required. Thanks

This is the advice given previously on the community

the process to register the LPA is not complex and should be completed smoothly and quickly.

Check out this link for information on: What Power of Attorney (PoA) does BT accept? | BT Help

The quickest and simplest way is to email the LPA to: POA@bt.com with information on the relevant BT account so it can be registered. Once processed the POA team will let you know it has been completed.

if you can login to your mother in laws BT account using MYBT then you can be appointed as account manager online
