I can't accept my bt card, When i go to Claim Your bt Reward Card and click claim, it takes me to my bt and if i go through My order and try it there is takes me right back to claim your bt reward card

Welcome to the community.

You will only be able to claim the Reward Card once you have been connected for 14 days.

If you are already past that point or see the same when you get to 14 days, the best option is to contact our Account & Billing guides, who can help to claim the card for you.
