anyone else waiting for a bill which was supposed to be sent last week and will be DD'd this - i.e. I dont know how much it will be.

No it doesn't show and the estimated value changes. This is the first time I can remember when I didn't get advance notice of the DD.

I have checked and can see my bills are produced 8 days before my direct debit date.

If you are unable to view your bill in the app or online and your direct debit is due in the next 8 days I would recommend giving us a call.
