      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to access my brother's online bills for him but have been unable to do so.&amp;nbsp; I hold an LPA for him and I'm registered to his account but neither of us can access any of his bills since October last year.&amp;nbsp; I can't see what they are billing him.&amp;nbsp; I've phoned numerous times and been told there is a fault on the software and that they are sorting it out but it's rubbish.&amp;nbsp; They never sort it out.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
