    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey BT. Your webpage ‘moving home’ tool isn’t working. After I click ‘next’ after selecting my correct future address it just reverts me back to the same page after 10secs of loading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried this the past few days and using different browsers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The call number I was given is 30min+ wait time too and still no answer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to agree my moving date on email? I’m moving house next Friday you’re making it hard to stay with BT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Christian&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a BT residential &lt;STRONG&gt;customer to customer&lt;/STRONG&gt; forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no email address to do this. The number to call is 0800.783.0235.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT normally require two weeks notice but may be able to accommodate shorter notice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you decide to move away from BT and if you are still in contract you will be hit with cancellation fees.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
