      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no label or box. Have already returned two lots of equipment unopened as BT sent wrong equipment. Now need bag for old equipment after they finally connected me with correct equipment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just remember when returning the old equipment, keep your proof of posting receipt. Take a picture of it if necessary but don’t lose it. It can take a few weeks to receive acknowledgment of return from BT.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
