      <title>Being hassled to return equipment that I already returned</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned my broadband equipment to BT after recently ceasing services. Tracking number is&amp;nbsp;OT*********G, delivered June 19th.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had several emails and texts saying "we have not received the equipment but please ignore this message if you sent it as it takes a while for us to process". Now it's final reminders for £80.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please acknowledge return and stop sending these messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[Mod Edit: Removed tracking number from public post]&lt;/P&gt;</description>
