Moderator help to remove an old account please

Hi,

Please can someone help?

I have two Accounts allocated on MyBT. We used BT many years ago and have an Old Account still registered so needs deleting. We are new Customers Recently so one ID belongs to this new Account.

I cannot be bothered to spend hours on a phone or webchat..

Is there anyone that could help with this please?

The moderators do not have account access. You will need to call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 who should be able to help.
