What happens if I order another bt broadband product? When I've already got one.

So my contract finishes in October and I'm looking for deals etc. I've been seeing a lot of posts concerning halo 3 fiasco. I'm currently paying £53 a month for 900mb and new customers get that for £37.99.

I'm wondering if anyone has ordered and new product and just cancelled their old one? is that even possible?

The computer system will recognise your address and that you are not a new customer. You would be easier just moving ISP to Plusnet or even sky
