    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I hope someone can help me. I have sent my old bttv recordable box back after receiving a new one that’s working well. But I’m getting this message from Royal Mail website: &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;H2&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Pending&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class=""&gt;
&lt;DIV class=""&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;We're holding this item at &lt;STRONG&gt;Scottish Parcel Hub Delivery&lt;/STRONG&gt;. We've received a request not to deliver mail to the property your item is addressed to today. We'll attempt delivery as per the instructions we've received, which is usually on the next working day.&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Call BT with the tracking number. They can then see that you've done your bit&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; should mark it received. Any failure to actually deliver is between them &amp;amp; RM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
