    <description>&lt;P&gt;I waited over a month for broadband and never got it.&amp;nbsp; I took a day off work and have had hours of phonecalls and texting online.&amp;nbsp; I've had 2 sets of equipment to deal with and never got broadband in the end.&amp;nbsp; You tried to take money from me for broadband.&amp;nbsp; I still don't have broadband and have cancelled the order (There were a few orders as they kept getting cancelled and all this was UNEXPLAINED!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are offering me a refund to go on my BT account but I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please resolve this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yours sincerely&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;R.       <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do not have a BT account the refund will be paid back to which ever method you used to make the payment or your Direct Debit account that you set up when ordering the broadband.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
