Registering LPA

I need to register an LPA on a family members account, however I know they have a bt account but I do not know the account number, I know their address and details etc, is it possible to still register this without having the account number?

I think you will be required to provide the account number. Is there not a phone bill you can check for account number or do they have a MYBT set up which you can access?

Hi - All I know is that there is a btconnect email account, I live 3 hours away so it’s difficult for me to see any correspondence with an account number on it

a btconnect email account is a business account not residential

If he has an active BT Connect email account he must have a BT Business account.

While I suspect the same isue that you will need an account number in order to have the LPA active on that account there will be no one on this forum that will be able to help.
