Hi,

I have an old account on my login which I don’t use and it’s using it as the main account does anyone know how to remove it ?

Call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and they can remove it.

You'd think...I've actually got three account numbers and large print bills (don't ask) as even the simplest request seems byond BT these days.

Well I dare say the OP wll try that because that is what was the first thing suggested and you have suggested nothing else!
