Virtual reward card

I got my full fibre wifi installed 31/09/2025 and clicked on link to redeem my virtual rewards card and when clicking on it it doesn’t take me anyware so I can’t claim it ?
do I need to call to claim it ?

You need to be out of your 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.
