Reward card

Hello , I've been having some problem in regards to the bt reward card , initially I couldn't claim it as it was a dead link everytime I tried to start claim it just took me to the home page , I ended up calling customer service and they claimed it for me . I had an email saying track your reward which also seems to be a dead link and just takes me to the my bt home page. I guess my question is how does it all work ? When / how long does it take to recieve etc ? Any help is much appreciated thanks

Welcome to the Community!

Once you've claimed your Reward Card then this will be sent to your email address, so I'm not sure what is happening with the tracking you were sent, or why you haven't yet received this. Are you able to try re-claiming your Reward Card, by clicking the red button, and logging into your account?

It just takes me to the home page of the mybt website there's nothing there at all 🫤

I'd recommend reaching back out to our team, so they can take a look into what is happening, and help you to get this sorted.
