Hello all I keep getting emails telling me to get my gift card. But I can’t find it anywhere.

just wondering if anyone could help me out with this please.

That meant to be £150 and I'm already more than 2 weeks with BT

I’ve tried several times, but unfortunately there’s nothing in my account regarding my gift card.

Have you tried contacting BT Billing 0330.1234.150 or the email address in the second link I posted. They should be able to help.

live chat is not loading (checked both on 3 different web browsers and mobile as well )

I will try tomorrow if any of that work if not I will have to call which I personally hate as it takes a lot of time.
