      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been instructed to choose a time for an engineer to visit for digital voice, but I'm unable to progress as I have my last renewal which is almost up - stuck as pending, I can't view my deals or anything. The order page forcibly takes me to the open order details so I cant even enter my VOL code.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
