      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i didn’t receive my reward card,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I claimed it after BT activated my Broadband on the 16th September it has been over 45 days still not received mine, I tried all the solutions mentioned on this forum by other members and Moderators still no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;another member did mention on here that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customers who purchased the broadband and had a engineer visit to install the broadband have received the Reward card,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customers who purchased the broadband and didn’t need a engineer to visit to activate or had self install activation have not received the reward card,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a self install, I didn’t need a engineer to visit my home to activate my broadband I was lucky as the previous Owners/tenants had left Openreach equipment so BT were able to activate my broadband without visiting my property .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other members having the same issues with receiving your reward cards ? Or anyone who has received the reward cards?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;leave a comment on here i need BT to see this and take some action&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please mention if you have received your reward card or not and also mention how you had your BT Broadband installed Engineer visit or Self install activation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Emma sorry to hear that you haven’t received your reward,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had my Bt fibre broadband installed by a Open reach &amp;nbsp;engineer on the 19/09/2025&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I claimed my reward on 20/09/2025 and I received a virtual reward card by email on 24/10/2025&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this information helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards, Kenneth&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey just came across your post, I’m in the same boat as you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remote Activation / Self Install 23/09/25&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Claimed the reward card on 25/09/25&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacted Purecard on the 26/10/25 who said they had &amp;nbsp;no record of a reward card being ordered by Bt, I had to provide some order information the advisor said some technical issue on the BT system that is preventing the reward card from being ordered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m still waiting Not received the reward card as of 02/11/25&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just called Card Services and provided the VOL number, and they’ve confirmed that an escalation has been raised with BT. According to them, I should receive the card within 7–14 days. I’m not entirely sure how accurate that timeframe is, but it might be worth giving it a try&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im very frustrated right now - internet was self install on 15th sep, reward card claimed waited 30 days no response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have chased this with BT who blame pure card and chased with pure card who blame BT - I have contacted pure card with the VOL number and they said I would receive within 7 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have still not received the card and have now paid my second bill to BT&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has anyone successfully managed to get their reward card and can give me any help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/339440"&gt;@Leanne_T&lt;/a&gt; is this something you can help with ? &amp;nbsp;I have raised an complaint and again had no response&lt;/P&gt;</description>
