In the summer I changed my BT broadband to EE Full Fibre. I now get a notice asking me to renew my BT/EE Tv subscription. What's really confusing is it talks about renewing my BT Broadband for 24 months when the tv package renews. Am I going to be charged twice, perhaps the renewal notice shouldn't mention BT Broadband but EE Full Fibre.

It also says I can have a new EE TV box free on charge, then says it's £30 connection charge, why?

Any idea what's happening.

Cheers,

Colin

Hi @enfield250

Thanks for coming to the community.

You'll certainly not be charged twice for the broadband, but there does seem to be a lot of contradictory information in what you've been presented.

It may be worth giving our customer service guides a call, and they can look at your account and run through exactly what would happen with the renewal if you go for it.
