As Live Chat only seems to work on Broadband link ?

Despite using different browsers I can only get the chat service on the Broadband link. If this is the case, will it only accept questions on broadband ?

Or can you ask a query about you're bill or landline or similar ?

Even as an employee I find the chat service a nightmare.
