We have same inssue, we live in Scotland and have a POA for our Father who has had to go into Care Home with Dementia, how do we cancel his phone & wifi, plus other pacakages he has from BT

Hi I tried to reply but the PM system keeps saying I have invalid HTML in body of message so will not send message, i have checked teh message and its only got text, please help
