    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just checked my Bills.&amp;nbsp; I've been paying £9 for the 700 minutes package and £4.30 for message taking.&amp;nbsp; One month I reached 97 minutes - that's peak,&amp;nbsp; I make and receive very few calls; I have my mobile set to silent and use it only for apps and emails (and they are on Tesco).&amp;nbsp; So I can save £13 a month - hardly worth any bother.&amp;nbsp; Now if a full fibre connection were on offer...&amp;nbsp; Next door has CityFibre (with about 20 "providers") . Perhaps this is the time to leave BT as they have "no plans".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm 2 miles from Edinburgh city centre and OpenReach covers every street around here but not mine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My "Contract" expires in 3 weeks.&amp;nbsp; I keep getting BT letters on very thick paper that say nothing.&amp;nbsp; I seem to be being offered a renewal at about £4 a month &lt;STRONG&gt;less&lt;/STRONG&gt; than I am currently paying with a set of things I don't want.&amp;nbsp; There seems to be no prospect of fibre to the premises.&amp;nbsp; All I want is broadband and telephone - I have a Smart hub, don't use much data on my Tescomobile account.&amp;nbsp; I might like faster fibre but there is no prospect of that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So should I "renew" at the lowest price.&amp;nbsp; What happens if I don't?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/339780"&gt;@Chris__S&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; That's a quick and kind reply.&amp;nbsp; The letter told me nothing; I've checked on line, so I might telephone (my second call in a month) to reduce my pointless expenditure.&amp;nbsp; There is no OR fibre to the 17 houses in this street, although I can see a forest of OR kit.&amp;nbsp; CityFibre are ready to pounce.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As Openreach is a completely separate entity from ourselves, we'd have to work within the parameters of what is possible at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;
