      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/348504"&gt;@Kofi_T98&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; Thanks for clarifying, that email/text is a follow up to just to let you know that everything is on track with your rewards card, but there is not a specific timescale after receiving that as to when you will recieve it. The same timescale applies in that it should be received 30 days after your broadband has went active.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have not received it by 35 days after your broadband activation, please contact the BT Reward Card Service team on 0344&amp;nbsp;879 1068&amp;nbsp;or email&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:bt@purecard.com" target="_blank"&gt;bt@purecard.com&lt;/A&gt;, with your order number and they will be able to help.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
