Ordering Full Fibre - currently have Voice and Halo FTTC and TV...

About to push the button on available FTTP – want to keep all same services ideally – ordering Fibre and Voice upgrade is straightforward - but the order process doesn't have the option / or mention the TV we have (Sport package currently). We have one of the original BT Youview type boxes.

Can we safely order the Broadband and Voice and the TV just carries on as is - or does something have to happen with the TV portion manually via customer service?

Any insights greatly appreciated!

Thanks

if you have the add-on Halo have you actually need to use it? if not then it is highly unlikely you will need it when moving to FTTP so suggest you drop it and save some money. I think you would be better either phoning CS 03301234150 or better retentions 08007831401 and see what new FTTP package you can negotiate excluding Halo and including your TV package
