How to claim £100 Mastercard gift card

Hi everyone, how do I claim the Mastercard gift card as part of my contract package? I have clicked on the BT rewards area and it doesn't show up. I am checking today as this is the date Joanne (the BT lady I signed up with over the phone a couple of weeks ago) said to check. Her words were "go into BT account and request the gift card" - which now I'm actually trying to do it, were a little unclear. Any assistance is much appreciated!

Thank you, I have visited here and there isn't anything regarding the gift card so perhaps I am too early. I will check again in a couple of weeks 🙂

Iv been trying to sort my rewards card for 2 weeks I ordered via the website on 31.12.25 with the offer now being told im not entitled to it
