Do you have multiple active BT accounts linked to your BT ID or is the other one you are seeing an inactive account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;... spoke to bt reward cards who advised phoning 0344 8791068, got thru to yvonne in billing who is trying to resolve&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tech: the problem is - was offered 2 accounts on the web form but unable to select the one i need, could only select the one that has no rewards !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Iv had the same issue iv give up now they gave me £50 off my bill as compensation for not being given the rewards card</description>
