Hi,

I switched from BT to another broadband provider in May 2025 (and received my last bill in June 2025). However, some months later (Nov 2025) I noticed a direct debit still in place on my account so I cancelled it.

In December (2025) I raised the isse with their automated chat. BT has since sent me requests for payment and various threatening letters, including charges/bills for Jan 2026. The letters give a noreply@bt.com contact (which looks unlikely to be monitored), and I have written to them twice explaining that these charges were placed after I left and could they please clear my accounts. However, no reponse or has been received and the letters keep coming. If anyone can advise, I'd be most grateful.

Thanks
