Hi, I changed providers and joined BT in October 2025 and was promised a £150 e-voucher reward. I claimed the award on 26.11.25 but still haven’t received it. I have chased it with BT and card services but no joy. BT say they have sent my order details to Card Services but when I check with Card Services they say they have no trace of my order number or that it has even been authorised. This incentive was one of the reasons I joined BT but I’m inclined to think it’s just a publicity stunt. The last time I messaged card services was a few weeks ago, they said that it was in the hands of BT and I should hear something back in a couple of days- guess what- still waiting! No one seems interested in helping. This seems like miss selling a product by incentives that never arrive. I’m very disappointed with BT, I’d have expected better from them.
