&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’m looking for some help please.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve already moved into my new address and currently have no broadband service. My activation date isn’t until 16 March, which leaves me without internet for almost three weeks while still being billed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The property already has a master socket installed and I’ve brought all my BT equipment with me, so I’m struggling to understand why the activation date is so far away.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could someone please check whether:&lt;BR /&gt;• This can be converted to a working line takeover&lt;BR /&gt;• An earlier activation slot is available&lt;BR /&gt;• Or whether billing will be adjusted for the period with no service&lt;BR /&gt;Order ref:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;VOL013-102510*******&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that the previous occupiers have moved to a new address and decided to retain their phone number which will delay you getting connected hence the March activation&lt;/P&gt;</description>
