Virtual reward card

Hi,

Does anyone know how the reward card works? I claimed it 22nd Feb. 2 days ago I recieved 4 messages all saying the same 'your reward card is on its way and will recieve a email shortly' but then nothing.

The virtual reward card Is operated and distributed by a company called pure card on behalf of BT.

BT say it will sent out 30 days after your initial claim.

Give them a call if you haven't received anything by then

Missing reward card

I claimed my virtual £150 reward card 28 days ago. Last week I received 4 messages/emails to say its on its way and will recieve a email shortly on how to access it. I've gone on my email to track the card today as had nothing since and it says I have no card in my reward history and that I have not claimed any. I have emails to prove I did?

Has this happened to anyone? Will I be getting my reward or was it a scam?

Have you been in touch with the Reward Card Service team on 0344 879 1068 or email bt@purecard.com? They will get this looked into for you.
