Hi, I received an email about my contract renewal and have been offered various deals all can be added to my basket, I just want to remain with the package I have already but I see no option to press to do this. Will it just continue as now if I don’t pick a new deal ,like a rolling contract? Do I need to do anything?.

thankyou

If you do nothing you will go onto a rolling 30 day contract but you will lose any discounts that you may have for being in a Fixed Term Contract.

You would be better to call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and see what the can offer.

The personalised deals shown are not the only deals available, although in my case there was the same speed package shown when I renewed , if you want to stay on the speed etc you are currently one , call BT if it’s not on your offers page on My BT , just because the selection of offers to you on there doesn’t include the one you want doesn’t mean it’s not available.

Renew this month and you miss the April £4 broadband increase , but assuming a 24 month deal you will get the April 2027 ….generally it’s £5 more to be out of contract once a deal expires plus the £4 April increase should you do nothing , that’s an easily avoided £9 increase .
