    <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On 23March 2026 I contacted BT to cease my landline as I don't use it and migrate to broadband Only.&amp;nbsp; I have FTTC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The confirmation emails arrived and said my landline would cease 24 Mar and I would migrate to broadband Only on the same day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone line is still working and my order status says open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I look at the broadband order summary it says - Your preferred broadband Installation date is subject confirmation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Previous recontracts have shown a contract renewal date on the email but I have noticed this one doesn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anybody ever heard of my predicament or am I just being impatient.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GDA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the order is still open it has not completed this will be why your services are still working.&amp;nbsp; If there is no confirmation date that means nothing is confirmed with Openreach, if you are past the given date and its not confirmed I would contact BT to see what the delay is&lt;/P&gt;</description>
