      <title>My BT Not Showing Products</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having just logged into My BT to check Call Protect for a number and updated for the latest dodgy calls, I can't seem to access products. All it will give me is billing. When I try to go directly to the Call Protect page, as I have it as a previously visited URL, it says "Sorry, there's nothing to show here at the moment Please come back when your products have been activated.&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Anyone know if there is there a fault with My BT currently?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If anyone comes across this thread, to confirm, the loss of everything other than billing on My BT was due to being migrated to a pre-digital phone line, which apparently doesn't come with anything other than billing. The only way to restore it is moving to digital voice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
