If you’re uncertain of what was said, ask for a transcript of the conversation. I’ve had to do this myself with another company who blatantly lied to me and I caught them out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you’ve been arbitrarily moved to the EE brand without your consent and you’re not happy with the situation, complain, but make sure you are certain on your facts first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Kimbo that information is irrelevant&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under distance selling law you have a 14 day cooling off period&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this order was made less then a fortnight ago the op needs to get on the phone and cancel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They said ‘Recently’. That could mean yesterday, last week or 3 weeks ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plus, if the OP didn’t request the move, they are entitled to complain distance selling or otherwise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
