    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/349838"&gt;@kylechapman29&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you take the time to read posts from the last week or so on the forum, you’ll discover probably a dozen threads all entitled MyBT’ or a variation of and the problems some customers are having.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT are allegedly working on the problem, but seeing as it can’t even update its own web pages in a timely manner to correct inaccuracies, as in the case of 2FA ‘optional/not optional’, no one knows how long it will take to resolve problems with MyBT. Like anyone else affected, you’ll have to wait it out or if you absolutely have to view your bill every month like some customers claim they have to, you’ll have to call BT and speak to them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To clarify, this place is a customer to customer help point only with no direct link to BT.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am experiencing issues with the My Bt app when i type in my email address and password to login to the my bt app in the password app there appears to be a glitch within the password felid&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also my Bt app will sometimes when i open the app will just appear as a white screen, as for the bt website right and since joining the Bt broadband the Bt website saying sorry were trying something new please try again later, we are sorry for any inconvinence caused by this &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If a situation means BT needs personal details from you, they’ll connect you to a private place to get support from our Customer Care Team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/349838"&gt;@kylechapman29&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;there seem to be a lot of outages or maintainences on the website.&amp;nbsp; Users that use the website late&amp;nbsp; night are most likely to be affected.&amp;nbsp; There are also&amp;nbsp; issues with MyBt accessing some customers accounts. If you are not able to access your account by MyBT both via app and&amp;nbsp; web browser during say 8am and 10Pm then I suggest contacting BT CS and reporting the problem.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
