      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, there. It is now over a week that I haven't been able to open my emails to check my bill. All I get is Sorry, we can't get your Account details at the moment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the Chat, they're saying there's a widespread Outage that's causing a deep, technical and complex glitch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are able to send me a monthly bill e.mail, but i I can't open it.?????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
