No one here can help you. You need to call BT on 0800 800 150.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your equipment, you need to retrieve from your 'friend' because it is you who has to return it, otherwise YOU will incur charges for non return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: Since the OP posted, any relevant information has been edited from their original post.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
