Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment - Account No: (Inactive)

I successfully login at bt.com /login (https://auth.bt.com/) but the banner says "Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment" and the Account No: says Inactive.

This started after I was foced to change my ID to an email.

Any help would be appriciated, where do I raise this as an issue with BT?

Hello gg30340, I did go through pages of entries associated with "Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment", the only advice I could see was to wait 24hours. I had already done that.

Do you see a specific post which could be of help?

there are numerous posts like yours there is nothing you can do until BT fix the problem
