    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to use the BT app.&amp;nbsp; The same situation applies whether I'm using my mobile phone or desktop PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get asked to enter my email &amp;amp; password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I do this and get an email with a confirmation code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I enter the correct code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I get asked for my mobile phone number (I'm with giffgaff) which I enter.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm told that I will receive a text message with a code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not receive a text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This means I am unable to log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone suggest a way of fixing the above problem?&amp;nbsp; Or another means of logging in to the app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
