Recieved this claim this email almost straight away, which the link didn’t work which I put down to needing to be a customer for 30days. I’ve then tried again and the same issue, I called this morning and was refused help on the grounds I used a 3rd party to sign up for BT which I’ve trawled through my emails and this isn’t true.
