    <description>&lt;P&gt;if you are using the MYBT app then there have been a few updates in last week so is you app up to date.&amp;nbsp; did you try uninstall and reinstall app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have you tried to access MYBT using web browser?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to log into account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to access MyBT&amp;nbsp; or my account on BT website for over a month now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Response is "unable to access your details " and top right corner shows account "innactive" whereas normally there was my account number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried new passwords etc but no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ringing BT they said it was a technical issue at their end. Ok, but how long is this going to take to resolve? Can't access bills etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like this has happened to many users judging by this forum.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any updates would be great, BT!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
