I received my email to claim my BT reward card but when I go to the link it says error code 404 anyone help why I can’t seem to get on the page

So it can take 30 days for link to work you mean has I’m still getting the error message when I press the link on yours too

Try using a different browser as the link posted by @gg30340 work fine you need to wait until cooling off period has expired from a I action date before you can claim
