    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have now managed to get on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When it presented me with the screen where it said account inactive l clicked on bills and payments top left&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It took me into edit details which I completed without any changes and I was able to see my account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this works for you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ga4y&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could someone help me with my problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to login to myBT for over 6 weeks now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Numerous calls and emails have not resolved the issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My complaint has now been closed but the issue still remains&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am stuck in a loop it accepts my user name and password then says account inactive&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And bumps me back to sign in screen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried clearing cache uninstall and reinstall rebooted phone tried tablet and pc nothing works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be much appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Garry&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in a similar predictament and against my will I was told they were closing the complaint too and it could take up to six months to fix which isn't acceptable, especially as we are paying for this service.&amp;nbsp; I've gone to the ombudsman now and you should too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
