    <description>&lt;P&gt;this problem has now been fixed for most people who have the access problem (myself included).&amp;nbsp; how are you trying to access MYBT using app or web browser?&amp;nbsp; If app have you checked for updates as there has been quite a few recently&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if still problem then phone CS 03301234150&amp;nbsp; or try message now with billing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can't open the BT email that tells me how much my bill is.&amp;nbsp; When I try to open it, it says,"Sorry, we can't get your Account details at the moment, were trying to fix the problem, please come back later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been happening for the last 3 months when my monthly bill is due&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone advise me please, what is happening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
