    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently signed upto to a new BT Broadband Service last month and I still can't see any of the billing information on the BT website or app, I just get an error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken to BT support chat twice to no avail. My online login seems to still be linked to an inactive account number that I had forgotten about, its about 7 years ago!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally I also can't get access to my BT Reward card i got when i signed up that just goes blank when I try to set it up, the log in page loads, then goes blank.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas welcome..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
