Clearly there is little sympathy towards your position from the other BT customers that contribute on here , PSTN telephony is un maintainable and needs replacing , the replacement called DV (Digital Voice ) in BT’s case is being rollout out to BT broadband customers, if you don’t want DV , that’s upto you but smacks of entitlement to think that the PSTN system should somehow be kept going simply to appease those like you that refuse DV , you made the choice to remove telephony rather than having DV imposed .

As far as negotiations for contract renewal for your (presumably) broadband only service from BT , you are in excatly the same situation as millions of of customers that don’t have a landline service….use alternative methods to a landline phone call from your own landline (the one you gave up ) , obviously that for most would be using a mobile phone , if personal interaction/negotiation is wanted , if you don’t have a mobile from BT , EE or anyone else that’s your concern……all the other stuff , digital slavery , abuse of power , digital prison, freedom of speech, etc is nonsensical hyperbole….if you are so incensed by BT , there are hundreds of alternative suppliers of telecommunications switch to any one of them that offer services in your area .

i have come to the end of my contract, and need a new contract,

A new customer can get my current contract on my road for £26.99

they are forcing digital, and on there to make things easier using less workers, the best i could get was £37, digital slavery,

BT sales can offer me the same as an existing customer £29.99, not good enough,

so i have to go through cancellations,

1st problem,

calls from landlines and BT mobile's are free,

bt took my landline away and no longer offer landlines, only digital lines which i refused the mandate and had my old account deleted by BT, so i don't have a landline, your abuse of power,

BT then pushed us away to EE, so not BT mobile?

so i wont be phoning you to sort out my contract as your system is a digital prison, im not going on that merry go round to rob myself,

2nd problem,

without trust, and no landline, to log into my account online thay require a landline number or mobile?

how inclusivity is excluding humanity,

get me a human with brains, an honest human as well, not a salesman talking bubbles,

its not difficult, but there is no profit in things being simple.

my rant was just that, a rant, my freedom of speech, attacked since the lies of 2020,

my solution would be to ask for a call back, but that isn't showing the reason or the problems?

an 0800 number, Thanks, everywhere i look is stating 0330 number,

i still can not access my bt without a landline or mobile?

what incorrect info?

sorry for not knowing the free number, it is not the number they give, i didn't find it when looking,

try questioning the laws protecting us from digital lines, apps etc.,

it was my choice to stand for something when i refused mask mandates stating the harm, my child was safer without,

it was my choice when i refused the PCR stating what it detects, not diagnostics, my child lost education based on others using PCR with no proof of what it detected,

it was my choice when i refused the experimental jab for my family, stating the lack of any evidence for their claims,

it was my choice to defend our human rights which so many just consented to human rights violations,

a medical device or substance can not be forced, they were mandating the forcing of, was illegal

think of where that can lead if the salesmen are also the regulators?

i chose to not consent to anything until we get justice for the crimes that were committed from the start of 2020,

i care about my family enough to look, and with patent laws, maybe they will tell you after 2040,

why do things get worse? because the crimes go unpunished,

the fact that so many still don't know what really caused harm is evidence that the media is in the hands of the perpetrators,

but thats not why im here,

my earlier post was in anger, letting off steam without causing harm, couldn't find a free number,

no one is infallible,
